Shipping of an order generally takes place only when the full amount has been transferred to the specified account.
The shipping costs are described as follows, depending on the shipping weight:
- Shipping via DHL bulky goods: €29.99 (delivery time 3-10 working days)
- Shipping via DPD: €36 (delivery time 2-3 working days)
- Shipping via DPD EXPRESS: €45 (delivery time 1-2 working days)
The standard shipping of items within Germany depends on the weight of the shipment and is as follows:
- up to 5 kg €4.99
- up to 27 kg €12.9
- up to 59 kg €29.9
- up to 120 kg €49.99

If the goods are in stock, the delivery time is about 1-4 working days after receipt of payment in our account. We reserve the right to delays due to force majeure, natural events, etc. For goods that are not in stock, a delivery time in days will be displayed for each product in our shop. The package will be shipped by DPD or a parcel service commissioned by us. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, provided we have not made any deviating agreements with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
